1. Booking & Reservation Requests

By submitting your details through our website, WhatsApp, or booking inquiry form, you acknowledge that your request is an inquiry for room availability and pricing only. A reservation is considered confirmed only after availability is verified, payment (if applicable) is received, and confirmation is issued by the Mahakaleshwar Bhakt Niwas booking team.

2. Property Rules & Guest Conduct

Mahakaleshwar Bhakt Niwas is committed to providing a peaceful, clean, and spiritually respectful environment for all guests. Visitors are expected to maintain proper conduct, respect fellow guests, and comply with the property’s rules and regulations. Any activity that may disturb other guests or damage the property may result in the cancellation of the booking or removal from the premises.

3. Check-In, Check-Out & Identification

Standard check-in and check-out timings are applicable as communicated during the booking process. All guests are required to present a valid Government-issued photo identification (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in, in accordance with applicable laws. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

4. Temple Visit & Local Guidelines

Mahakaleshwar Bhakt Niwas is located near Shri Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. Guests are advised to follow the guidelines issued by the temple authorities and local administration regarding darshan timings, security procedures, traffic regulations, and public conduct. The management is not responsible for changes in temple schedules, crowd management, government regulations, or transportation services beyond its control.
